Research.
Regenerate.
Innovate.

Our mission
The BeLab is an experimental space dedicated to design research for sustainable, regenerative futures to benefit our territories.
Our core values
We believe in place-based collaboration to respond to real life-centered needs. Our pedagogical models include active, experiential learning, research by making and experimentation.
We aspire to contribute to new regenerative models, regenerative initiatives and activities that restore natural ecosystems.

We do not learn from experience… we learn from reflecting on experience.
~John Dewey
Our services
In the lab, young designers carry out interdisciplinary research through design and in a supported educational framework (“learn by doing” studios). Our research intends to be contextual, applied, and qualitative. We create pilot projects and strategies in sustainable and regenerative innovation to benefit the territories and their communities in response to major challenges of ecological transitions.
